Location: Liverpool Social Centre (Bold St)

Date/time: Weds October 1st, 7pm onwards.

It’s almost time for the October meeting of Liverpool Linux User Group. How can it be October already? Anyway, come and join us in Bold St for some Linux chat and plenty of other stuff besides. There is no required level of Linux experience or expertise, we don’t care whether you’re an expert or a total beginner. Everyone is welcome.

This month our very own Sebastian Arcus will also be gving an impromptu talk about setting up VLANs and configuring OpenWRT routers. It’s gonna get networky… ok that’s probably not a proper word but it sounds like fun. We’ll assemble from around 7pm, with the talk expected to start at around 7:30pm (ish).

We meet as usual in the Liverpool Social Centre on Bold St. You can find directions on their website, or email the list if you have any problems.

Hope to see many of you there!

I could have made money this way, and perhaps amused myself writing code. But I knew that at the end of my career, I would look back on years of building walls to divide people, and feel I had spent my life making the world a worse place
